We are looking for a Senior Test Engineer to help us ensure the quality, reliability, and stability of our digital pension portals within Plexus Digital Engagement (PDE). If you enjoy challenging assumptions, identifying risks before they reach production, and helping teams deliver high-quality software, we would like to meet you.
Key about your role
As a Senior Test Engineer, you are responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and stability of our digital pension solutions. You work closely with developers, analysts, product specialists, and customers to test new functionality, identify risks, and support reliable software releases.
You analyze requirements and acceptance criteria from a quality perspective, design and execute test scenarios, and challenge assumptions where needed. You contribute to test automation initiatives, CI/CD-related testing activities, and release decisions based on clear quality insights. As the senior testing specialist within the team, you will have the opportunity to further shape testing practices and quality standards while helping to strengthen the testing community within Keylane.
Key about your team
You will join the Plexus Digital Engagement (PDE) cluster, responsible for the online portals that pension providers use to interact with employers, advisors, and participants. The team supports both existing portal solutions and our modern PDE platform, helping customers deliver secure and user-friendly digital services.
PDE combines product experts, engineers, testers, and support specialists who work closely together in an agile environment. The team is currently investing in the modernization of its portal landscape, including the migration from Vue2 to Vue3 and compliance with the latest WCAG accessibility standards. Ownership, quality, and continuous improvement are central to how we work.
