Basic Function/General scope 基本职能
聚焦新技术研究场景下的新产品测试工作，牵头完成测试方案和测试环境的设计，测试计划的制定，测试用例研发及全流程测试的统筹，并联动研发团队完成新技术落地过程中的测试验证。
Duties & Responsibilities职责范围：
1. 牵头新技术从0到1测试的全流程工作。
2. 负责新技术的测试方案，测试计划和测试用例的设计，以及测试环境的搭建，并实施测试。
3. 根据新技术的方案建立完整的测试环境的需求，并推动供应商或和内部研发配合完成测试环境的落地。
4. 根据新技术的方案建立在不同TRL阶段的测试验收标准。
5. 核心参与自动化测试开发工作，包括自动化测试框架搭建，提升自动化测试在新技术方案快速迭代过程中，自动化测试脚本的使用率和覆盖度。
6. 及时关注行业内新技术，新测试方法及测试工具的发展趋势，结合部门研究方向，引入适配的测试技术与工具，持续优化测试体系。
Qualifications & Competency录用条件
1. 本科及以上学历，电子信息工程，通信和自动化相关专业。
2. 至少4年以上智能硬件，嵌入式系统或安防/消防电子产品研发或测试工作经验。
3. 精通至少一种编程语言（Python/C/C++等），具备自动化测试开发经验或测试夹具开发经验。
4. 专业技能娴熟，良好的沟通交流能力、团队协作精神、以及逻辑思维能力，能快速适配新技术场景下的测试需求，动手能力强。
5. 具有极强的责任心和钻研精神及快速学习能力，能主动跟进新技术，新测试方法，快速应用于实际测试工作。
6. 有熟练的英语读写能力，能流畅的看懂英文认证标准及技术文档，可独立完成英文测试报告等相关文档的编制与提交。
7. 熟悉项目流程、产品测试流程，具备扎实的软硬测试理论基础，有丰富的软硬件测试工具使用经验者优先。
8. 有安防/消防电子产品行业新技术研究相关测试经验者优先。
