Senior Test Coordinator (SAP FI/CO & CRM)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Test Coordinator to lead and execute testing activities within a complex enterprise environment. The successful candidate will combine hands-on testing with test coordination, ensuring high-quality delivery across business-critical applications.

The role involves coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), supporting System Integration Testing (SIT) and End-to-End (E2E) testing, preparing test scenarios and data, managing defects, and mentoring testers within Agile delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Coordinate testing activities across multiple projects and releases.
• 
  Prepare detailed test strategies, test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
• 
  Execute functional testing (UAT) and support SIT and E2E testing.
• 
  Guide business users and technical team members during test preparation and execution.
• 
  Perform hands-on testing and assist other testers where required.
• 
  Support test automation by preparing test data and updating automated test scripts when needed.
• 
  Investigate, analyse, and follow up on defects with analysts and technical specialists.
• 
  Identify and communicate testing risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• 
  Monitor testing progress and report on execution status and defect resolution.
• 
  Maintain test documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• 
  Coordinate testing schedules, resources, and execution activities.
• 
  Manage SAP test users.
• 
  Participate in release and support testing activities, including occasional work outside standard business hours.

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Coordinator
• 
  Strong knowledge of formal testing methodologies and best practices.
• 
  Minimum 7 years of experience testing SAP systems, particularly SAP FI/CO and SAP CRM
• 
  Minimum 4 years of experience using Jira for test management.
• 
  Extensive experience with test design, test execution, and defect management.
• 
  Native-level Dutch proficiency ( CEFR C2) is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• 
  Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• 
  Experience writing test strategies and detailed test scenarios.
• 
  Experience with Confluence.
• 
  Experience managing SAP test users.
• 
  Experience testing .NET applications.
• 
  Knowledge of Tricentis Tosca test automation.
