About Our Client

Our client is a technology-focused organization delivering digital solutions and transformation services. The organization is seeking an experienced QA professional to lead quality assurance across complex initiatives.

The Senior Test Consultant will lead QA strategy and execution, manage quality risks, provide testing expertise, and ensure high standards across software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QA strategy and testing activities across complex projects.
• Develop test plans and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify, assess, and manage quality and delivery risks.
• Act as a QA subject matter expert and provide testing guidance.
• Mentor testers and support the improvement of QA capabilities.
• Work closely with delivery leads, clients, developers, analysts, and test teams.
• Identify and resolve systemic quality issues.
• Drive improvements in testing tools, automation, and QA processes.
• Provide quality, risk, and release-readiness reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in QA/Test Leadership or Senior Test Consulting.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA practices.
• Experience managing testing strategy, risk, and delivery quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience mentoring and developing QA teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in complex and fast-changing environments.
• Strong focus on quality, risk management, and client outcomes.
