MAKE AN IMPACT

Responsibilities

• Part of an international Agile squad with teams in Chennai & Belgium
• Responsible for development, testing & maintenance of payment applications
• Work closely with BNP Paribas Fortis Tribe Payments team
• Participate in analysis, design, testing & support activities
• Focus on test automation and high-quality software delivery
• Design test cases and prepare test datasets
• Build and maintain automation frameworks
• Develop automated test scripts using Java-based frameworks
• Execute automated test suites and prepare reports
• Contribute to continuous improvement & automation initiatives
• Analyze requirements for automation feasibility

Technical Skills

• Java 8 & 17, OOP concepts
• REST API, XML & JSON testing
• JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, BDD, Karate
• Maven, Docker, GitLab, Jenkins
• Swagger, JMeter, SQL, Oracle
• SonarQube, Fortify, NexusIQ
• IntelliJ, Insomnia, Bruno, Rally, Octane

Additional Skills

• Strong understanding of STLC & testing methodologies
• Experience in Agile & Scrum environment
• Banking & Payments domain knowledge
• Strong communication and fluent English
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience in QA Automation & Java
