Job Description

A Global Telecommunications Company is seeking an experienced Senior Test and Integration lead to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the quality standards of our large-scale OSS platform. In the role you will define QA strategies, processes, and automation standards across the product lifecycle. Ensure high reliability, performance, and maintainability while guiding integration testing and collaborating closely with development, product, and system architecture teams. Act as the key point of contact for all quality matters and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead integration and cross-system testing of OSS components
• Define and implement QA processes, testing strategies, and toolstack (manual & automated)
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for defects
• Track CI/CD quality metrics and support decisions on test environments, mocks, and test data

Requirements

• 7+ years of QA experience, including hands-on automation
• Experience with networking, large-scale systems, and web apps on Azure/AWS
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and system-level debugging
• Experience using AI to improve the testing lifecycle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
