We're looking for a highly experienced Senior Test & Automation Analyst to join our Agile delivery team and play a critical role in ensuring quality across ongoing enhancements to our OneCouncil platform. If you're someone who enjoys asking the right questions, challenging assumptions, and driving quality outcomes in complex enterprise environments, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll work closely with developers, business stakeholders and product owners to test and validate enhancements across Finance, Assets, Supply Chain and other TechnologyOne modules. You'll help ensure solutions are fit for purpose, risks are identified early, and quality is built into every sprint.
You'll bring extensive experience in functional, system, integration and regression testing within TechnologyOne or other ERP/CRM enterprise platforms. We're looking for someone who can confidently navigate ambiguity, influence quality outcomes and work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

You'll regularly partner with business owners, subject matter experts and developers to uncover what needs to be tested, identify gaps, and ensure solutions deliver the intended outcomes. You'll be trusted to shape testing approaches, influence decisions and advocate for quality across a high-performing Agile squad.
Success in this role requires someone who can build strong relationships, navigate ambiguity, ask difficult questions when needed and confidently advocate for quality outcomes within a fast-paced Agile delivery environment.
