Job Description


As a  Senior Test Analyst, you will:

  • Own and drive end-to-end test planning and coordination across complex programs and multiple parallel initiatives

  • Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies aligned with program requirements, scope, timelines, and quality objectives

  • Coordinate testing activities across internal teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders

  • Ensure test environments, test data, tools, and dependencies are ready and available ahead of execution

  • Act as the single point of contact for all testing-related activities, ensuring clear communication and alignment

  • Oversee test execution, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, and established testing standards

  • Monitor testing progress, manage defect tracking, resolution, and reporting, and escalate risks or issues proactively

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups and status meetings during test phases (SIT, BAT, and related cycles)

  • Ensure adequate test coverage and compliance with defined testing methodologies and protocols

  • Maintain complete and accurate test documentation, including test plans, test cases, execution results, and reports

  • Prepare phase-end test summaries and actively contribute to go / no-go decisions

  • Identify testing-related risks, dependencies, and constraints, and define mitigation strategies proactively

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 6–8 years of overall experience in testing, test coordination, or test leadership roles

  • Extensive hands-on experience in SIT and BAT phases of large-scale programs

  • Proven experience managing testing efforts for multiple parallel initiatives

  • Experience working within large-scale, complex enterprise environments

  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and test lifecycle management

  • Solid experience with defect management tools such as Jira and/or Azure DevOps

  • Background in Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies

  • Knowledge of test management tools, reporting practices, and quality governance

  • Knowledge of test automation concepts and tools (e.g., Mockito, Postman)

  • Experience in regulated and complex finance environments

  • Familiarity with nCino and/or Salesforce

  • ISTQB certification or equivalent

You should possess the ability to:

  • Translate program requirements into structured, executable test strategies and plans

  • Effectively align and coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, and vendor teams

  • Manage complexity and maintain control across multiple concurrent testing streams

  • Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Proactively identify risks, make informed decisions, and escalate when necessary

  • Drive quality outcomes while balancing scope, timelines, and delivery pressure

  • Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams in dynamic environments

  • Apply strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under tight deadlines
