About The Team/Project

Join our technology team and play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Bravura’s applications.

As a Senior Test Analyst, you will take ownership of the testing process across complex applications and integrations. You will work closely with Development, QA and business stakeholders to plan and execute testing, assess risks, manage defects and ensure that high-quality solutions are delivered to our clients.

This role offers the opportunity to work with complex business workflows and technologies, including .NET desktop applications, SQL Server, web services and system integrations. You will also have the opportunity to influence and continuously improve testing processes, tools and practices.

What You’ll Do

  • Plan and estimate testing activities across projects and releases.
  • Design and execute functional, end-to-end, system integration, regression, smoke and exploratory testing
  • Assess the impact of changes, identify testing risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Identify, communicate and escalate risks to relevant stakeholders, while actively driving them towards resolution.
  • Monitor test execution and provide clear and accurate reporting on testing progress, quality and risks.
  • Manage and maintain test assets, test data and the testing knowledge base.
  • Support and manage UAT issues, including defect validation and verification of fixes.
  • Analyse complex issues and provide clear recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Development and QA teams throughout the defect lifecycle and Agile feedback loops.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, helping to improve testing efficiency, quality and cost.
  • Coordinate testing activities across projects or workstreams where required.

Unleash Your Potential

To be successful in this role, your background and experience will include:

  • Strong experience in software testing, including planning, estimating and executing complex test activities.
  • Practical experience with functional testing, end-to-end testing and system integration testing
  • Experience assessing change impact, identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and communicate clear recommendations.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage both short- and long-term priorities.
  • Resilience, flexibility and confidence when working under pressure.
  • Sound judgement when balancing priorities, timelines, quality and risk.
  • Experience working with SQL, including analysing data and working with stored procedures and reports.
  • Knowledge of SOAP and web services
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Good command of Polish and English, both written and spoken.

It’s great, but not essential, if you have:

  • Proven system testing experience within the financial services industry

  • Experience testing NET Desktop UI applications, batch jobs and Windows Services.
  • Knowledge of REST, SOAP, Web Services and IBM MQ
