Reporting To: Area Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager

Locations: Sukkur

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual sales, distribution, productivity, and market share targets for the assigned territory.
• Manage distributor operations, stock availability, and profitability.
• Lead and coach the distributor sales team to improve productivity.
• Ensure market coverage, product availability, merchandising, and visibility.
• Execute trade promotions and new product launches effectively.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify business opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and forecast business.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and sales KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in territory management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical ability with proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting.
