The Senior Tenders Coordinator is responsible for the accurate coordination, administration, and submission of civil engineering tenders in compliance with South African public and private sector procurement requirements. The role supports the estimating and management teams to ensure timely, compliant, and competitive tender submissions.
At a senior level, this role leads the end-to-end planning, coordination, compliance oversight, and quality assurance of multidisciplinary bids across South and East Africa; drives opportunity identification and bid strategy; mentors junior tender staff; and ensures submissions are competitive, professionally presented, and aligned to Ingerop’s growth objectives in Buildings, Water, Infrastructure, Urban Development, Transportation, and Energy & Industry.
