- Coordinate approved retry, replay, reprocessing, reconciliation, and recovery procedures for failed or partially processed transactions.
- Own high-priority incident triage, impact assessment, stakeholder communication, escalation, resolution tracking, and post-incident review.
- Coordinate Tecsys vendor escalations with clear documentation, replication steps, business impact, supporting evidence, sample payloads/files where appropriate, and test results.
- Support controlled configuration changes, workflow adjustments, master data corrections, role/security updates, release testing, cutover, and hypercare.
- Maintain runbooks, troubleshooting guides, monitoring procedures, escalation playbooks, and knowledge transfer for L1/L2 teams and business super users.
Required Qualifications

- 4+ years of hands-on Tecsys Elite experience, or comparable enterprise WMS / Distribution ERP support experience with demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on Tecsys.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution operations, including inbound, fulfillment, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, order management, procurement, returns, and enterprise handoffs.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across application configuration, transactions, master data, integrations, reports, users/roles, devices, and operational workflows.
- Working knowledge of integrations, including APIs/web services, SFTP/FTP, EDI, batch jobs, file-based interfaces, and interface monitoring.
- Ability to read, write, and troubleshoot SQL queries for issue investigation, data validation, reconciliation, and support analysis where access is permitted.
- Experience with incident, problem, change, release management, vendor support escalation, defect analysis, and patch validation.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM/support-ticketing platforms.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex system issues to warehouse users, business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.

- Experience supporting warehouse automation, WCS, conveyors, AMRs, voice picking, barcode/RF, print-and-apply, or other material-handling technologies.
- Experience in complex distribution, 3PL, retail/e-commerce, wholesale distribution, or high-volume supply-chain environments.
- Experience supporting upgrades, enhancement releases, go-lives, cutovers, and hypercare periods.
Success Measures
- Faster resolution of high-priority Tecsys production incidents.
- Reduced repeat incidents, transaction failures, manual corrections, and operational workarounds.
- Stable and reconciled WMS-to-Distribution ERP-to-shipping transactions.
