Job Description

At Lion, we're all about making the moment mean more. We brew, market and deliver some of Australia and New Zealand's most loved brands, while building a culture where people can grow, belong and make a real impact.

The Role
Based at the XXXX Brewery, you'll provide senior technical support to our sites across Australia and New Zealand while building trusted relationships, driving continuous improvement and helping deliver reliable technology that keeps our operations running.

You'll play a key role in supporting our site teams, leading technical initiatives and acting as a trusted partner for operational stakeholders.

  • Support complex end-user issues and provide hands-on technical expertise across manufacturing and corporate environments
  • Build trusted relationships with site leaders and become the primary IT contact for your local sites
  • Lead technical projects including device refreshes, infrastructure upgrades and technology improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate work across internal teams, offshore support partners and third-party vendors to deliver great outcomes
  • Guide and support the wider Technology Site Services team by sharing knowledge and helping prioritise complex work
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, introduce new technologies and enhance the support experience

Career opportunities from here at Lion could be across infrastructure, project delivery, cybersecurity and broader technology teams.

About You
You're someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and making technology work for people. You bring a broad technical background, a collaborative approach and a genuine desire to keep learning and growing.

  • Strong experience providing Level 2 desktop and end-user support in a complex environment
  • Broad technical knowledge across Microsoft technologies, networking, devices, AV and infrastructure
  • Experience working with offshore support partners and coordinating technical outcomes
  • Confidence supporting users in fast-paced operational or manufacturing environments, or the curiosity to learn
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to take ownership, build relationships and drive improvements
  • A growth mindset with the willingness to learn, share knowledge and step into leadership opportunities over time

On Offer

  • Growth on tap - Whether you're deepening your craft or exploring something new, Lion offers real opportunities, not just good intentions
  • A culture you can feel - Open, inclusive and down-to-earth. We celebrate wins, learn fast, and look out for each other
  • Flexibility - Win in both your work and personal life, you don't have to choose
  • Wellbeing matters - From mental health support to wellbeing initiatives, we're committed to helping you feel your best - at work and outside it
  • Great perks (yes, including the beer) - Competitive salary, a bar onsite at our office and access to events and experiences that make working in beer pretty special
  • Purpose beyond profit - As part of Lion, we're committed to sustainability and doing the right thing for our communities and the planet
  • Iconic brands, real impact - You'll be working on brands with history and heart, with the chance to make your mark on what comes next
