Work Arrangements: This is a hybrid role. You will work in our office in Waterloo, ON a minimum of two (2) assigned, consecutive days every other week, plus a fifth (5th) assigned day per month. You are welcome to work from the office more than the minimum requirement and there may be some roles that are required to work in our office more than the minimum requirement.

What you’ll do:

• Build and support mobile and web applications using React, Angular, .NET, and JavaScript
• In an Agile set up, you will work closely with product owners and platform gurus to develop solutions to meet business needs
• Analyze production system problems and recommend workable solutions
• Investigate and solve production problems with minimal to no guidance.

What you’ll bring:

• Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field
• Minimum 4 year experience with React
• Thorough understanding of PWA, React and Component libraries
• Prominent level of proficiency in .NET/C#, and at least 7 years of experience
• Experience with JavaScript and jQuery
• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience in Mobile web development
• Significant knowledge in HTML5, CSS, Ajax
• Experience with SOAP and/or RESTful services
• Experience with JSON and XML
• Experience with Microservices architecture
• Experience with Microsoft IIS
• Hands-on experience & proficiency working with Microsoft Business Intelligence (BI) technologies
• Hands-on experience using testing frameworks for both client and server code (i.e. NUnit, Jasmine, etc.)
• Hands-on experience in Azure Cloud environment and Azure DevOps, especially developing and deploying CI/CD pipelines (Azure Pipelines)
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with Azure App Services, Durable Functions and Azure infrastructure in general
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code applied to DevOps, DevSecOps
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and Transact SQL with at least 6 years of relevant experience
• Experience with package managers (e.g., npm, bower) is a must
• Proficiency in ITSM, especially Incident, Problem & Change Management using ServiceNow
• Experience with ORMs like Entity Framework is an asset
• Experience with CMS platform like Kentico and Umbraco is an asset
• Experience leading other developers on projects; task and priority setting, working with business partners, etc.

Your base pay will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience, and education. In addition to your salary, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive award tied to business performance, plus a wide range of competitive benefits.
