The Technology Solutions Delivery Engineer is responsible for the end-to-end planning and delivery of large-scale, cloud-based customer solutions, focusing on requirement refinement, functional specification development, production deployment leadership, and ongoing application support.

What you will do

  • Lead the planning and delivery of cloud-based customer solutions.

  • Develop large-scale functional specifications that satisfy client requirements.

  • Lead team members, clients, and other stakeholders in reviewing and refining requirements.

  • Capture and refine requirements across multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with internal product and engineering teams for solution delivery.

  • Actively address issues and set appropriate priorities.

  • Lead production deployment planning and perform system validation.

  • Assist clients with ongoing support for applications.

  • Guide and mentor junior team members and business analysts.

What experience you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or an equivalent degree.

  • 5+ years of experience gathering customer business requirements, creating Solution Designs, and documenting customer solutions.

  • Deep knowledge and experience with API products and technology.

  • 3+ years of experience using payload testing tools like Bruno or similar tools.

  • 3+ years of experience leveraging ticketing tools like SNOW or JIRA.

  • Passion for technology and the business opportunities it presents, with the ability to comprehend both technical and business topics to recommend options and solutions.

  • Consistent with Equifax’s 3/2+2 flexible work framework, a willingness to work Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday in Equifax’s Atlanta-based office

What could set you apart

  • Knowledge and experience with Credit and/or Banking and Financial Services.

  • GCP or AWS certification.

  • Experience working with product/platform migration.
