Your Responsibilities:
Lead multiple, concurrent technology initiatives, providing end‑to‑end oversight from solution investigation through delivery and closure
Partner with Business, IT, and third‑party stakeholders to clarify problems to be solved, define expected outcomes, and confirm project scope and deliverables
Define the most appropriate delivery approach and develop integrated project plans encompassing resourcing, financials, scheduling, risk, and communications in alignment with organizational delivery frameworks
Provide transformational and innovation‑focused leadership throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions deliver intended business value
Ensure all project plans and deliverables align with applicable IT standards, organizational policies, and vendor contracts
Influence and negotiate resource assignments, priorities, and vendor timelines to support successful delivery in a matrixed environment
Assign, track, and manage deliverables, tasks, schedules, and resources, applying disciplined monitoring and control practices
Proactively identify, assess, and resolve risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating and mitigating as appropriate
Manage change within scope and sphere of influence, securing alignment and support from stakeholders while maintaining momentum and delivery focus
Your Skills
Advanced project leadership capability, with the ability to drive alignment and accountability across diverse, cross‑functional teams
Strong analytical and critical‑thinking skills to assess complex situations and develop practical, value focused solutions
Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build trust with stakeholders at all organizational levels
Proven capacity to manage competing priorities, complexity, and ambiguity while maintaining delivery discipline
Strategic planning and organizational skills that enable effective governance, forecasting, and execution
Your Experience:
Post‑secondary education in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
10+ years of progressive experience managing complex IT projects in corporate, cross functional, and vendor supported environments
Experience applying enterprise project management frameworks, tools, and methodologies. PMP certification is required
