The team you will be a part of

You will be part of the Regional Technology Portfolio & Performance team, working in synergy with the Global Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO). Our team is responsible for ensuring governance, processes, financial visibility, and strategic alignment of the region's project portfolio, guaranteeing that technology investments deliver maximum return, business value, and operational efficiency.

This role in summary

The Senior Technology Portfolio Analyst ensures the governance, processes, and financial visibility of the regional IT portfolio, integrating the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Forecast, and Outlook cycles through to Value Realization. This role leads the standardization of methodologies, monitors performance KPIs, and facilitates the technical forum for initiative approvals.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Manage and optimize the regional IT project portfolio based on investments, strategic alignment, and organizational delivery capacity.
  • Ensure end-to-end financial visibility and cost control of the portfolio, tracking the AOP (Annual Operating Plan) cycle, Outlook, and Forecast reviews through to Value Realization.
  • Lead and facilitate the Technology Governance Forum (Tech Fit Process), driving the validation of all regional initiatives from a technology pillars perspective.
  • Map and implement continuous improvements, frameworks, and process automations to ensure the efficiency and reliability of governance data.
  • Monitor and report IT objectives, metrics, and performance KPIs, providing full transparency on the project pipeline to senior leadership.
  • Act as an integration point across different areas, promoting alignment between teams and facilitating decision-making in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Develop and disseminate governance processes, standards, and policies to ensure greater consistency, predictability, and quality in the execution of company initiatives.
  • Implement governance routines and management cadences, particularly with the Sales team, promoting operational discipline and greater visibility into performance and action plans.
  • Foster a data-driven project management culture based on facts and indicators, strengthening decision quality and accountability for deliverables.
  • Continuously evolve the company's governance models, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.

Minimum requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Finance, Business Administration, Engineering, or related business/quantitative fields.

Language Skills: Advanced to fluent English (mandatory) for oral and written communication, as well as reporting data to global structures and leadership.

Strategic Management & Project Portfolio Governance: Consolidated experience in the governance, prioritization, and steering of complex corporate portfolios, with a solid track record of simultaneously managing multiple large-scale initiatives. Proven ability to navigate and create synergy across multiple organizational areas. We look for professionals with a solid background in large corporations or multinationals who have led deliverables with associated technological pillars and enablers (systems, data, automation, or innovation), regardless of whether their initial career path was developed within traditional IT structures or related business areas.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Global Delivery Skills (Top 5 K/S/A's): Proven mastery of core competencies: Executive Communication, Critical Analysis & Root-Cause Diagnosis, Strategic Thinking, Full-Cycle Project Management, and Execution (focus on delivery and bias for action).
  • Technical-Strategic Validation: Understanding of corporate IT validation pillars (architecture technical risks, cybersecurity, Capex/Opex financial impacts, and operational aspects) to act as a facilitator in decision-making forums.
  • IT Budget Management: Solid practical knowledge of financial governance processes, including the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycle, Outlook reviews, Forecasting, and Value Realization measurement methodologies.
  • Cross-Functional Relationship Management: Highly dynamic, organized, and collaborative profile, with a demonstrated ability to build consensus, align expectations with multiple stakeholders, and bridge the gap between IT and different business units.
