Job Description

Join Nokia’s global Learning & Development team and help create world‑class technical training for a multicultural audience. As an Instructor and Training Content Developer, you will design modern learning experiences—from instructor‑led courses to digital self‑paced modules—that upskill Nokia employees and customers worldwide.

This role blends technical expertise, instructional design, and hands‑on labs to deliver impactful, future‑ready learning.

• Design, develop, and test instructor‑led and e‑learning training content
• Conduct needs analysis, define learning goals, and create design documents & storyboards
• Build and facilitate hands‑on lab exercises for technical courses
• Collaborate with Product Managers, R&D, and S&T teams to gather technical inputs
• Deliver internal and customer training when required
• Prototype and demo innovative learning solutions
• Maintain high quality and timely delivery in an agile environment
  

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Data/Telecom, Cybersecurity, AI, or related field
• Experience in training development or instructional design
• Strong communication skills; ability to explain complex technical topics clearly
• Fluent English (written & spoken)
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and collaborate in global teams

Nice‑to‑have

• Experience with technologies such as AI, cloud, security, wireless/5G/6G, automation, or programming
• Skills in content development tools or data visualization/analysis
• Experience delivering technical training
• Ability to work across time zones and with diverse stakeholders
• High accountability, ownership, and attention to quality
