About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Technology Business Services Consultant


In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in managing and supporting the delivery of technology products & services for medium to large business unit clients and contribute to large scale solutions planning related to Technology Business Services

  • Review customer information with the technology team

  • Implement technical initiatives for complex projects impacting multiple lines of business or across the enterprise

  • Lead initiatives for complex projects and work with the technology team to assess customer information and recommend best solutions to the customer

  • Conduct research or testing of achieving market environment for innovative business products and services, regulatory or compliance issues and implications of new implementations

  • Collaborate and consult with the technology team to resolve issues and provide customers with best possible solutions

  • Provide guidance on leveraging new technology


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with common productivity and work management tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint/Confluence, Jira or similar tools).
  • Experience leading work in environments with competing priorities, shifting scope, and multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience operating as a “generalist” across business services functions (intake/triage, reporting, operating rhythms, process improvement, stakeholder management).
  • Experience producing clear written communications and executive-ready deliverables (summaries, decks, dashboards, action logs, and/or status reporting).
  • Experience with continuous improvement methods and converting ad-hoc requests into repeatable processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience building metrics, dashboards, and/or performance reporting that enables leadership decision-making.
  • Experience partnering with global stakeholders and working across time zones with strong follow-through and communication discipline.

Job Expectations:

  • India-based role; Bangalore preferred; Hyderabad may be considered.
  • Ability to flex work hours to provide overlap with global stakeholders, including occasional early/late meetings.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities, respond to urgent requests when needed, and maintain delivery quality under time pressure.
  • Commitment to documentation, operational discipline, and continuous improvement, including creating reusable assets that improve team efficiency and resiliency.
