What’s the role?
You’ll join our technology delivery space as a Senior Technology Business Analyst, helping turn complex ideas into clear, workable solutions. This is a Sydney based, hybrid role on a two year maximum term contract, giving you the flexibility to balance work and life while staying closely connected to your team.
You’ll work across technology transformation initiatives, ideally within financial services, partnering with business and technology teams to understand what’s needed and why. You’ll break down ambiguity, run workshops, map processes and translate requirements into structured documentation that delivery teams can confidently build from.
You’ll also support Agile delivery, working closely with engineers and testers through development and UAT to make sure outcomes land as expected. You’ll be based in Sydney Warrane, Gadigal Country, in an environment that values clarity, curiosity and collaboration.
What do I need?
• Experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role within technology delivery
• Background in technology transformation programmes, ideally in financial services
• Strong analytical and logical thinking with experience in data focused analysis
• Confidence with structured requirements writing, process mapping and clear communication
• Exposure to Informatica and or SQL, with familiarity across enterprise data or integration tools
