The Senior Technology Analyst is responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing technology solutions that align with business strategy. This role involves conducting deep‑dive technology assessments, leading architectural reviews, optimizing platforms, and guiding stakeholders on emerging technologies. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, architectural insight, and hands‑on experience across modern enterprise technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Evaluation & Analysis
Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems, platforms, and tools to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Evaluate emerging technologies (cloud, AI/ML, data platforms, DevOps, automation, security frameworks) for enterprise adoption.
Perform feasibility studies, ROI analysis, and technology impact assessments.

2. Architecture & Solution Design
Collaborate with solution architects to design scalable, secure, and high‑performance architectures.
Develop reference architectures, design patterns, and technical roadmaps.
Ensure alignment of technology solutions with enterprise architecture standards.

3. Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to capture functional and non‑functional requirements.
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
Act as a technology advisor to leadership and cross‑functional teams.

4. Technology Strategy & Roadmapping
Lead the creation of technology modernization plans and multi‑year tech roadmaps.
Support digital transformation initiatives including cloud migration, platform rationalization, and modernization efforts.
Perform competitive analysis and benchmark industry trends.

5. Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure technology solutions adhere to security standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Participate in architecture review boards and governance committees.

6. Implementation Support & Quality Assurance
Support engineering teams during implementation with technical guidance and validation.
Conduct code reviews, data validation, and performance assessments.
Ensure delivered solutions meet quality, scalability, and reliability standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
  • Microservices & API architecture
  • Data analytics & data engineering
  • AI/ML technologies (optional but preferred)
  • DevOps, CI/CD tooling
  • Cybersecurity fundamentals
  • Experience with system integration, middleware, and distributed architectures.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to break down complex technical landscapes.
  • Excellent documentation skills (architecture diagrams, analysis reports, technical specs).
  • Effective communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional technical discussions and workshops.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology analysis, solution design, or enterprise architecture.
  • Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, enterprise-grade technology projects.
  • Experience working in agile and hybrid project environments.
  • Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, PMI‑ACP, or similar.
  • Experience with generative AI, automation, and platform engineering.
  • Background in strategy consulting or technology consulting.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 96,366 to 126,000.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
