Mission

Ensure the successful realization and integration of all technological systems within a complex project environment, guaranteeing compliance with project planning, quality, safety, budget, and contractual requirements while coordinating multiple stakeholders on site.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

  • Ensure the achievement of handover and interface milestones in accordance with project planning and technical specifications.

Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations and the HSE Management Plan for all activities under responsibility.

  • Monitor and maintain project forecasts within or below the approved budget for assigned projects.
  • Ensure the quality of works by verifying compliance with design documentation, project specifications, and applicable standards.
  • Ensure construction activities are executed in line with approved construction planning and schedules.
  • Coordinate and liaise with customers, authorities, contractors, partners, and subcontractors for site and material take-over and hand-over activities.
  • Optimize the use of internal resources and subcontractors on site, aligned with project budget and planning baselines.
  • Collaborate with the Construction Manager to develop and agree on site-specific plans to be integrated into the project program and budget.
  • Promote continuous updating, improvement, and optimization of processes and procedures.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong knowledge of technological systems within complex project environments.
  • Solid understanding of HSE standards and on-site safety management.
  • Knowledge of local rules, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Planning and organizational skills to manage multiple on-site activities.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools supporting construction and site supervision.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background.
  • 8 to 10 years of professional experience in site supervision, technological systems, or complex infrastructure projects.
