  • Perform preventive maintenance activities for Pre-Assembly production machines according to scheduled plans.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

  • Perform preventive maintenance activities for Pre-Assembly production machines according to scheduled plans.
  • Troubleshoot and support machine issues to ensure smooth production operation.
  • Monitor machine performance and recommend improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability.
  • Maintain maintenance records and update relevant documentation accurately.
  • Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety, quality, and company procedures.
  • Support machine setup, calibration, and continuous improvement projects when required

Your profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

  • Minimum Diploma in related Engineering field (Mechatronic, Electrical, Electronic, etc)
  • Must passed SPM, including Mathematics & English subjects
  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a semicond manufacturing environment.
  • Experience maintaining Pre-Assembly machines such as Wafer Sorter, Wafer Mounter, Wafer Lamination, Wafer Grinder, Wafer Saw, and Wafer Auto Inspection equipment.
  • Experience handling equipment from Disco, Accretech, Longhill, Nitto, and Lintec is an added advantage.
  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Able to work 12 hours rotating shift (7am-7pm; 7pm-7am).
