At AGC Biologics in Søborg, manufacturing is where complex science becomes real treatments for patients. In the Operational Support department, we help ensure that equipment across our Mammalian production areas – Buffer, Upstream, and Downstream – remains operational, properly maintained, and able to support stable, high-quality production.
As Maintenance Coordinator, you become the link between the production units and Engineering, playing a central role in ensuring that equipment meets the high standards we set for quality and GMP.
As Equipment Responsible, you maintain the overall overview of equipment across the areas you support. You follow up on the planning and execution of preventive maintenance and help coordinate the response when breakdowns occur or repairs are needed.
Engineering holds the overall responsibility for carrying out preventive maintenance and fixing equipment in case of breakdowns. Your role is to assist and support Engineering in this coordination: you help track the status of maintenance tasks, support prioritization together with production, and help ensure that the right information flows between the production units and Engineering, so that equipment is ready when production needs it.
In your daily work, you will:
You will join the Operational Support team, where cross-functional collaboration and clear communication are essential for our production units to deliver consistently and at high quality. You will work closely with technicians, scientists, and Engineering on a daily basis, becoming an important voice in how equipment is operated and maintained.
The environment can at times be dynamic, especially when urgent equipment issues need to be resolved quickly, but it is also structured and supportive, with colleagues helping each other and continuously improving the way we work.

This position is primarily a regular day shift, Monday to Friday. Overtime and work at irregular hours may occur periodically, for example during urgent breakdowns or planned maintenance activities outside normal working hours.
