Are you an experienced downstream technician with hands-on knowledge of chromatography, filtration, and UF/DF processes? Do you enjoy working independently while sharing your expertise with colleagues?
At AGC Biologics, we are looking for a Senior Technician to join our Mammalian Downstream Manufacturing team in Copenhagen.
You will work in a dynamic, GMP-regulated manufacturing environment where different products and customer requirements call for technical expertise, adaptability, and attention to detail. As part of the team, you will contribute to reliable production while helping strengthen the technical capabilities of your colleagues.
As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for executing downstream purification processes and ensuring that manufacturing activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP requirements.
You will work independently within your area of expertise while collaborating with colleagues to meet production goals. The role requires strong process understanding, sound judgement, and the ability to adapt to different manufacturing setups without compromising quality.
As you become familiar with our processes, we expect you to take an active role in supporting the development of new colleagues and contributing to high standards of technical performance and GMP behaviour within the team.
Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for an experienced technician with a solid understanding of downstream purification and a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
We imagine that you:
Beyond your technical experience, we value colleagues who take ownership of their work and development, maintain high standards of quality, and contribute positively to the team.
You work in a structured way, adapt to changing production needs, and willingly share your knowledge. You communicate openly and understand when to ask for support or escalate an issue rather than compromise quality or compliance.
This is a night-shift position (18:00-05:04 or 20:00-07:04) in our Mammalian Downstream Manufacturing department in Copenhagen.
You will work according to an established shift schedule (5-2 in a 14 days period) supporting our manufacturing operations.
At AGC Biologics, you will join an international biopharmaceutical manufacturing environment where technical expertise, accountability, quality, and teamwork are central to how we work.
We offer:
