You’ll work in a hands-on environment where teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement are valued. Your contribution will help teams make the right decisions and keep operations running smoothly.
Perform physical tests on materials and rubber compounds
Prepare and handle test samples and laboratory equipment
Support daily laboratory activities and testing schedules
Work closely with team members and other departments
Ensure testing is completed safely and according to quality standards
Help maintain laboratory equipment and keep the workspace organized
Participate in problem-solving and process improvement activities
Follow laboratory procedures and support documentation tasks
Experience working in a physical laboratory, production, testing, or technical environment is an advantage
Technical diploma is not required (bachelor degree in mechanics or physical is a plus)
Interest in hands-on technical work and learning new skills
Comfortable working with machines, tools, or testing equipment
Good teamwork and communication skills
Organized, reliable, and able to follow procedures
Basic computer skills (e-mail, Microsoft Office)
Commitment to safety and quality
English communication skills required (Luxembourgish, German, or French are a plus)
Experience supporting or training colleagues is an asset
