Position requires 4 years of experience in the following: Writing accurate, clear, concise, and well-organized technical content including developer documentation, Computer Science course material, or IT administration playbooks. Analyzing user goals, context, learning styles, and technical background for content creation. Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand technologies, extract user-required information, and iterate on content drafts. Applying general technical concepts to analyze problems and communicate technical information. Leading content creation projects, including scoping work, guiding team members, and communicating project status.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 - $200,000 + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location.
