Job Description

Spotware Systems is looking for a Senior Technical Writer to join our growing Content & Education Team. Our ideal candidate is a skilled and detail-focused writer with an AI-augmented mindset, capable of creating clear documentation for complex products, maintaining help portals, automating workflows, streamlining content production and ensuring consistency across B2B/B2C materials.

Responsibilities:

• Creating high-quality documentation, including API guides, user manuals and how-tos, supported with UI snapshots.
• Maintaining and improving help portals built with engines such as Docusaurus, MkDocs or similar.
• Working with basic repository flows and version control systems.
• Automating documentation workflows and accelerating content generation with AI tools.
• Writing broader B2B/B2C materials, including product-based brochures and white papers.
• Producing scripts and raw UI footage for product videos.
• Crafting comprehensive and fact-checked release notes.
• Ensuring consistent terminology, style and best practices across all products and materials.

Requirements:

• Evidence of creating comprehensive documentation for forex or finance products.
• Experience in maintaining help portals running on popular documentation engines.
• Competence in working with version control systems and the docs-as-code approach.
• Experience in integrating AI tools into daily workflows to improve productivity, quality and content delivery.
• Evidence of crafting technology-intensive B2B/B2C materials.
• Excellent writing skills, with strong knowledge of English grammar and instructional design.
• Responsiveness to feedback and ability to learn quickly.
