
Position Title:
Senior Technical Training Specialist
Salary Range:
Senior Technical Training Specialist (Grade 15, Exempt). Annual salary range: $86,560 – $108,200. This range reflects the minimum to midpoint of the grade. Salary may exceed the midpoint and will commensurate with experience.The Senior Technical Training Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and personally delivering technical training and enablement programs for the Government Accounts team, with a primary focus on Salesforce CRM, Power BI, and related Government Accounts/data systems. This position creates scalable learning structures, training strategies, documentation, and delivery methods that improve tool adoption, process consistency, data quality, and operational effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
Experience working in a business environment
Experience using, supporting, or training users on Salesforce CRM, Power BI, reporting tools, data systems, CRM systems, or similar business technology tools
Experience developing or delivering training, documentation, work instructions, job aids, or user support materials
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts, business processes, and data practices to non-technical audiences
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills
Experience serving internal or external customers
Preferred Qualifications
Three (3) or more years of experience in technical training, business systems enablement, Salesforce CRM, reporting, data management, account service, client relations/development, or other directly related experience
Experience designing learning paths, training strategies, workshops, office hours, eLearning, microlearning, or blended learning experiences
Experience with adult learning principles, instructional design, change adoption, or user enablement
Experience with Salesforce administration, Salesforce reporting, Power BI, CRM systems, or data visualization tools
Experience developing SOPs, standard work instructions, job aids, training materials, or knowledge management content
Familiarity with data governance, data quality, data definitions, source-of-truth practices, or data stewardship
Experience partnering with subject matter experts to create real-life examples, business use cases, or scenario
Location:
This is a remote position, and is subject to Sourcewell's telecommuting policies and procedures.
Must be able to meet travel requirements for this position, which is approximately four(4) times per year including occasional travel to Staples, MN for meetings, professional development or team activities. Notice will be given ahead of time.
