Senior Technical Training Executive - Power Distribution (Ref: 260000MJ)

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop relevant Power Distribution Systems, Overhead Line and safety training programmes to meet the identified training needs for core and growth businesses

  • Conduct and evaluate relevant technical/skills training to ensure trainees are adequately equipped with necessary knowledge, skills and competency to meet the required service and safety standards

  • Take part in the Virtual Reality (VR) scenario development to enhance the learning experience of trainees

  • Assist and coach the Railway Technical Trainees (RTTs) in acquiring technical skills and safety awareness

  • Ensure training deliverables and meet the departmental requirements

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering a related discipline

  • A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in railway maintenance or safety training

  • Possession of Grade B/C/H Certificate of Registered Electrical Worker and Corporate Membership of a recognised institution is preferred

  • Teaching experience and proficiency in English and Putonghua are essential

Remarks

  • Candidates with higher qualification but less experience will also be considered

  • Occasional business travel is required
