
Responsibilities
Design and develop relevant Power Distribution Systems, Overhead Line and safety training programmes to meet the identified training needs for core and growth businesses
Conduct and evaluate relevant technical/skills training to ensure trainees are adequately equipped with necessary knowledge, skills and competency to meet the required service and safety standards
Take part in the Virtual Reality (VR) scenario development to enhance the learning experience of trainees
Assist and coach the Railway Technical Trainees (RTTs) in acquiring technical skills and safety awareness
Ensure training deliverables and meet the departmental requirements
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering a related discipline
A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in railway maintenance or safety training
Possession of Grade B/C/H Certificate of Registered Electrical Worker and Corporate Membership of a recognised institution is preferred
Teaching experience and proficiency in English and Putonghua are essential
Remarks
Candidates with higher qualification but less experience will also be considered
Occasional business travel is required
