In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of high-impact cybersecurity training programs for global customers, helping them effectively adopt and maximize a leading threat intelligence platform. You will operate as a senior individual contributor with full ownership of training content, curriculum design, and learner outcomes across live, virtual, and hybrid environments. The role blends deep cybersecurity expertise with instructional design, enabling you to build interactive labs, CTF exercises, and role-based learning experiences. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure training reflects the latest platform capabilities and real-world threat landscapes. This is a highly autonomous position where you will also mentor junior trainers and contribute to raising instructional standards across the organization. You will have a direct impact on customer success by improving adoption, engagement, and operational security maturity. Accountabilities

In this role, you will be responsible for building, delivering, and continuously improving cybersecurity training programs that enable customers to fully leverage advanced threat intelligence capabilities.

• Design, develop, and deliver engaging cybersecurity training sessions across live, virtual, and hybrid formats for global audiences.
• Build and maintain advanced training curriculum, including hands-on labs, CTF challenges, and scenario-based learning aligned to real-world use cases.
• Act as a subject matter expert in threat intelligence, cyber defense frameworks, and adversary behavior analysis.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure training content reflects evolving product capabilities and customer needs.
• Mentor junior trainers and support partner enablement to ensure consistency and instructional excellence.
• Analyze training effectiveness using learner feedback, engagement metrics, and performance data to continuously improve learning outcomes.
• Contribute to broader enablement initiatives, including webinars, community engagement, and knowledge-sharing programs.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings deep cybersecurity expertise combined with strong instructional design and customer-facing training experience in global environments.

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technical training, or customer enablement roles.
• Proven ability to independently design and deliver cybersecurity training programs for external customers.
• Strong knowledge of threat intelligence, MITRE ATT&CK framework, and cyber threat analysis methodologies.
• Experience building interactive learning environments, including labs and hands-on technical exercises.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills across in-person, virtual, and hybrid settings.
• Experience using learning analytics to evaluate training effectiveness and improve outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and modern adult learning methodologies.
• Preferred: cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP or GIAC.
• Preferred: experience with LMS platforms or training tools such as Articulate 360 or Camtasia, and exposure to AI in cybersecurity contexts.
