Senior Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for an engineer or technical specialist who can gain a deep understanding of our Cross Domain products and provide advanced support to our customers in high-security environments.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

You will provide technical assistance for our products to security administrators and technical teams.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Analyzing and resolving incidents in systems deployed in high-security environments.
• Providing technical support and guidance to the teams responsible for deploying, commissioning, and upgrading the products.
• Deploying and maintaining internal platforms and demo environments.
• Contributing to the product's technical documentation and the associated operating procedures.
• Gathering customer needs and passing improvement proposals on to the product team.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for specialists with experience in communications infrastructure, perimeter security, or cybersecurity, and a B2 level of English.

Technical skills:

• Networking and communications: knowledge of TCP/IP and the main application protocols, configuration and administration of firewalls, switches, and routers, as well as network traffic analysis and troubleshooting.
• Systems: Windows and Linux.
• Virtualization: administration and maintenance of virtualized environments.
• Security: knowledge of cybersecurity, perimeter security, and PKI (Public Key Infrastructure) technologies.
• Regulations: knowledge of the Spanish National Security Framework (ENS) and CCN-STIC guides is a plus.
• Technical documentation: ability to write and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
