1. Provide Technical Expertise: Deliver expert technical guidance to teams, clients, and partners by addressing complex inquiries related to the installation, configuration, and functionality of product solutions, ensuring clarity and resolution of technical challenges.
2. Technical Consultations: Collaborate with prospective clients to thoroughly understand their technical needs, offering tailored solutions and precise diagnostics to meet their unique requirements and drive successful project outcomes.
3. Installation and Setup Support: Partner with installation teams to facilitate the seamless deployment of PV&ESS systems, providing comprehensive technical oversight and guidance throughout the setup process to ensure optimal performance.
4. Product Training: Design, develop, and conduct engaging training programs and materials for clients, partners, and internal teams to foster a deep understanding of our products and their technical capabilities.
5. Post-Sales Support: Deliver ongoing technical support to customers following installation, promptly addressing and resolving issues to maintain system performance and client satisfaction.
职位要求Qualifications
1. Educational background Bachelor degree or above, major in electronic engineering, electrical engineering, energy and other related technical fields
2. 3+ year Experience in the Electrical/renewable industry, PV/ESS experience is highlighted. Outstanding recent graduates will also be considered.
3. Related knowledge Have a professional background in electronic engineering, electrical engineering, energy, etc., have a certain understanding of circuit, power electronic device applications, control, operation, etc., and understand photovoltaic and energy storage systems.
