Job Summary

We are seeking a senior Oracle HCM Functional Lead / Solution Consultant with 10–15 years of experience and strong expertise across at least four Oracle HCM Cloud modules from Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Recruiting, Security, Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor. The role requires strong solutioning capability, client advisory experience, functional leadership, and the ability to drive complex Oracle HCM transformation programs.

• Strong understanding of cross-module dependencies, enterprise HCM processes, and delivery governance.
• Experience in managing functional teams, reviewing deliverables, and driving quality outcomes.

Good to Have

• Oracle HCM Cloud certifications across multiple modules.
• Experience in at least 2 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
• Experience in solution architecture or functional leadership roles.
• Knowledge of HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, Fast Formula, approvals, workflows, and security configuration.
• Experience supporting pre-sales, RFP responses, estimation, solution demos, and executive-level discussions.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM functional solutioning for implementation, enhancement, and support engagements.
• Drive discovery workshops, process design, fit-gap analysis, and solution recommendations.
• Own solution design across at least four Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Define cross-module dependencies, configuration approach, and functional delivery roadmap.
• Review and approve functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test strategy, and deployment plans.
• Lead complex issue resolution across functional, technical, reporting, integration, data migration, and security workstreams.
• Advise clients on Oracle HCM best practices, process standardization, and solution optimization.
• Guide project teams, mentor consultants, and ensure delivery quality.
• Support estimations, solution presentations, proposals, and client demonstrations as required.
