Seeking an experienced and visionary individual with a strong background in software development, technology management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will have expertise in our tech stack, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, IoT, and emerging technologies. This role involves developing strategic technology plans, leading our tech team, driving innovation, and establishing a structured and organized technology environment in a dynamic, growth-oriented company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale the tech team, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Implement and enforce structured development processes, including thorough documentation and streamlined workflows, to enhance efficiency and clarity within the tech department.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of web applications using Vue.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Manage server administration and DevOps, with a focus on optimizing for scalability and reliability.
• Develop and implement strategic technology plans that align with business goals.
• Guide the team in managing and integrating cloud platforms like AWS, ensuring efficient migration and infrastructure management.
• Oversee the integration of IoT in agricultural technology and automation, including device connectivity, system architecture, data collection, and hardware-software interfacing.
• Lead initiatives in AI/ML and computer vision, especially for agriculture and plant health monitoring, while staying abreast of emerging technologies.
• Develop and implement AI/ML models for predictive analytics, image processing, and data-driven decision-making in an agricultural context.
• Oversee multiple projects, ensuring they align with Agile methodologies and are delivered on time.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience in software development and technology management.
• Proven track record in leading tech teams in dynamic environments.
• Strong knowledge of Vue.js, Node.js, Express.js & MongoDB, or similar stacks.
• Strong knowledge of IoT.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or similar) and server administration.
• Proficiency in AI/ML, with a focus on applications in agriculture.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
• Adaptability and innovation mindset, with a passion for staying updated on technology trends.
