We are looking for our Technical Services for Animal Biosolutions to support our branding efforts and value offer into the region through our lab, sales force and business partners.

You will support the full geography of LATAM (Mostly north LATAM – Colombia, Peru, Equador, Chile and México) The role reports directly to Sr. Technical Services Manager Animal Health Biosolutions LATAM.

The Role & Your Impact

• Supports sales and technical service team. Identify and resolve technical challenges impacting customer processes, providing actionable recommendations for improvement. Understands and supports selling process.
• Position our Animal Biosolutions animals at events and with clients, showcasing in vitro technical projections of the actions of our enzymes and products.
• Lead development and implementation of protocols and monitor Novonesis Animal Biosolutions research in internal (in vitro) studies or research partners.
• Participate in meetings and visits with clients and partners to disseminate and generate knowledge about how our solutions work in the animal market.
• Manage regional internal in vitro trials since design, approval, execution, conclusion and publish data.
• Assists in development and review of technical materials.

What You'll Need to be Successful:

• Advanced degree in Veterinary Sciences, Animal Science, or related fields, such as Biology, Biotechnology, or Chemistry. A Master’s or PhD is preferred.
• Advanced English is mandatory; Portuguese is considered a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role within animal feed companies, veterinary pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, or related industries.
• Solid knowledge and experience in animal production, feed mill processing, feed formulation, enzymes, and nutritional strategies aimed at optimizing animal performance.
• Strong academic background, with experience or demonstrated ability to publish scientific papers or articles in scientific journals considered a plus.
