Job Description

NSF is currently looking for a Senior Technical Reviewer responsible for supporting the Automotive division. The Senior Technical Reviewer is a key role in the certification process and ensuring the quality of certification for our clients. You will work collaboratively with account managers, fellow team members, and clients to provide technical support for conformance review questions, and training. The successful candidate must be detail oriented and be able to multi-task.

  • Performs reviews of submitted audit report packages against established guidelines/standards within 5 business days from when audit report was uploaded to the system.
  • Determines required follow-up for progression for the audit report.
  • Liaise with auditor(s) on needed corrections to report and provide timely feedback on corrections implemented
  • Record results of review (pass and fail), with sufficient information for further data analysis of results
  • Ensures key performance metrics are achieved.
  • Actively participates in continuous improvement initiatives and training for teams
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks, with minimal supervisory oversite
  • Build professional relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Uphold appropriate auditor credentials.
  • Attend any additional training needed related to business needs.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
  • IATF Green status in the ADP database with corresponding Identification Number (i.e., 6-ADP-xx-xx-xxxx).
  • Have technical knowledge in the automotive industry.
  • University degree in the field of science, engineering, technology, manufacturing, service, consulting, maintenance, or administration.
  • Trained and capable of training others in quality assurance, quality control, and quality system assessment.
  • Lead Auditor Certificates and Audit Logs in applicable standards.
  • Excellent human relations skills; effective in relating to clients and staff.
  • Excellent writing, reading and oral communication skills.
  • Capable of working effectively both in team environments as well as individually.
  • Ability to organize and write quality system assessment reports.
  • Willingness and ability to work independently and travel extensively.
  • Meet the Lead Auditor qualifications described in the latest version of ISO 19011.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in performing global regulatory compliance audits to TS/IATF 16949.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the automotive industry with at least 4 years’ experience in quality assurance or OEM customer specific requirements.
  • Experience with different industry types, able to be qualified for multiple NACE codes.
