The Senior IT Recruiter serves as a strategic talent acquisition partner responsible for full-cycle recruiting of technology and IT professionals across the organization. This individual will drive hiring efforts for a variety of technical positions, partnering closely with business leaders and hiring managers to identify, attract, and secure top talent.
The Senior IT Recruiter combines deep recruiting expertise, talent market intelligence, and consultative partnership skills to deliver high-quality candidates while achieving key recruiting metrics. This role is responsible for owning the recruiting process from workforce planning discussions and sourcing strategy development through offer acceptance and onboarding transition.
What You’ll Do:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and IT-related positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and offer acceptance.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs, technical requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing market insights, compensation trends, talent availability data, and recruiting best practices.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HireEZ, professional networks, referrals, industry groups, and other sourcing tools.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active technology talent for current and future hiring needs.
• Evaluate candidate qualifications, technical capabilities, and cultural alignment through structured screening and assessment processes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, professionalism, and consistent engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Drive recruitment efforts that align with organizational diversity, equity, and inclusion objectives.
• Ensure recruiting processes are executed consistently and in compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and achieve key recruiting performance indicators, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, candidate pipeline health, and hiring manager satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data, candidate records, and hiring activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Review and enhance job descriptions, recruiting content, and employer branding materials to attract top technology talent.
• Collaborate with HR, onboarding, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to new hire onboarding.
• Support broader Talent Acquisition and Human Resources initiatives, including workforce planning, talent mapping, employer branding, and process improvement projects.
• Mentor and share recruiting best practices with recruiting team members as needed.
What You Bring:
• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on IT, technology, or technical recruiting.
• Experience recruiting within financial services, fintech, wealth management, broker-dealer, or other highly regulated environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for a broad range of technical positions and partnering with business leaders to meet hiring objectives.
• Experience utilizing recruiting metrics and workforce data to drive hiring decisions and improve recruiting effectiveness.
• Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on technology and IT talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for positions such as software engineering, data and analytics, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud technologies, product management, IT support, and related technical functions.
• Advanced sourcing capabilities, including passive candidate identification, talent mapping, networking, and pipeline development.
• Proficiency utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, HireEZ and other sourcing and recruitment technologies.
Internal Application Policy:
Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
