What You Will Do

• Lead the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles within the organization, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent in the healthcare and AI sectors.
• Manage candidate pipelines effectively, ensuring timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve processes and enhance candidate experience.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to establish a robust talent network.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of various technical roles and the skills required for success in those positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred

• Experience with AI technologies or healthcare-related platforms.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• A proactive approach to sourcing and engaging passive candidates.

Compensation and Benefits
