Job Description

*This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC Headquarters (Monday through Thursday) and work fully remotely on Fridays each week.

We are hiring a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional programs supporting growth within the RV Home Energy business. This role will drive alignment across engineering, product, and creative teams while owning execution of large, multi-team initiatives from ideation through launch. You will be responsible for delivery timelines, stakeholder communication, and proactive risk management across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate brings strong program ownership, operates independently, and excels at driving clarity and execution in complex, fast-moving environments.

What You'll Do:

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects across multiple engineering teams
  • Drive alignment across engineering, product, and creative teams on priorities and timelines
  • Manage the entire scope of projects from ideation through creative development, engineering execution, and successful launch
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Proactively identify risks and drive mitigation plans before issues arise
  • Drive clear, proactive communication with senior leadership and stakeholders
  • Improve delivery processes and cross-team coordination to increase efficiency and predictability

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple engineering teams
  • Experience working with engineering teams to deliver technical projects
  • Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams, including creative and product stakeholders
  • Strong proficiency with Jira for project tracking and workflow management
  • Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments
  • Proven ability to proactively communicate with senior leadership, anticipating questions and providing clear updates
  • Strong ability to identify, flag, and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycles
  • Ability to operate independently and drive clarity in ambiguous environments

Compensation:

This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.

  • Total Cash Compensation Range: $100,000 – $135,000 per year
