Mission

Lead the successful delivery of technology projects by serving as the bridge between engineering teams and clients, ensuring efficient project execution, technical alignment, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Job Functions

  • Lead and coordinate technology projects, managing scope, timelines, and resources.

  • Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams.

  • Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.

  • Identify and help resolve technical blockers with Development, QA, and DevOps teams.

  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of objectives.

  • Organize, prioritize, and coordinate team activities.

  • Manage relationships with international clients and lead project status meetings.

Requirements

Skills Requirements

  • 6–7 years of experience in technical project management or technical leadership roles.

  • Previous hands-on experience as a software developer.

  • Ability to understand code, software architecture, and development processes.

  • Advanced or bilingual English proficiency.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Development, QA, and DevOps.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Based in Bogotá, Colombia.
