An experienced Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master with a strong background in delivery across business and IT focused projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing standalone projects. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Your deliverables as a Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery aligned to business objectives
  • Facilitate and govern Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Establish robust project governance frameworks and define clear roles and responsibilities to support effective execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership to ensure seamless communication and engagement.
  • Manage and collaborate with cross‑cultural and geographically distributed teams to drive unified delivery outcomes.
  • Identify and resolve team issues and conflicts while managing dependencies and the critical path to maintain smooth project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks through proactive and effective risk‑management strategies.
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, methodologies, and team performance.
  • Coach, mentor and motivate project teams and contractors to foster accountability, growth and high performance.

The Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple Scrum/Agile teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision making abilities.
  • Experience working with cross cultural and geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, e.g. agile, kanban, waterfall, Jira and MS Project.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage diverse range of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Proven experience in the implementation and support of complex enterprise software solutions. e.g. Salesforce, Netsuite, ServiceNow, Workday
  • Customer‑focused, collaborative, and able to work effectively in team environments.
