Our SrTechnical Project ManagerIntegrationrole playsa pivotal role in leading the execution ofZayo/Crown Castle network integration This charter will focus on integrating the networks between Zayo and Crown Castle covering fiber interconnects and Layer 2/3NNIs to drive network integration and enablethedelivery of services across thecombinednetworks.Inadditionto enabling cross company services, the role will also managesynergytargets as built into theintegrationcost reductionstargeted as part of thecombinedcompanies.This role serves as an escalation point,identifiesproactive risk management, anddrivesseamless coordination across engineering, service delivery, operations, vendors, and customers.

The ideal candidate brings deep technicalexpertisein telecom and fiber networks, strong project leadership skills, and the ability to drive outcomes in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. In addition to managing assigned projects, the Sr Technical Project Managermentors'peers, influences process improvements, and helps shape best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Project owner to project kick off meetings with stakeholders, scheduling, scope and budget tracking, project management of internal and external team members.

  • Independently orchestrate internal and external customer project communication dependencies, timeline, milestones and progress

  • Partner with Sales to drive ongoing customer service improvement strategies

  • Provide Service Delivery Performance metrics and analysis to support cross-functional Customer Business Reviews.

  • Full customer ownership and advocacy; the technical project manager reviews internal and external business issues and provides ‘Voice of the Customer’ feedback and develops and implements corrective action plan development as required

  • Develops and maintain customer project plans based on contractual requirements and service designs

  • End to End budget ownership including monitoring, forecasting and gap closure planning with Outside Plant.

  • Perform and oversee daily PM operational tasks working cross-functionally.

  • Build, maintain, and report operational metrics for end-to-end milestone management.

  • Manage existing reports and dashboards to provide weekly and quarterly forecasting, metrics and deliverables.

  • Communicate and coordinate plans and strategies with other functional areas including sales, product, engineering, procurement, network operations and field operations.

Preferred Qualifications and Expertise

  • Systems and Processes

  • Complex knowledge of systems/tools, processes, and application of project management methodology at strategic and tactical levels.

  • Knowledge of Fiber Engineering, Outside Plant, and field operations processes required for each project inclusive of budget, design, engineering, permitting, construction, splicing, and scheduling.

  • Communication, Relationship, and Leadership

  • Exceptional project leadership and critical thinking skills; Excellent customer management skills (verbal and written) including risk analysis and conflict management/resolution

  • Lead and train lower leveled project managers

  • Ability to influence teams to action that are not in a direct reporting relationship to drive toward company goals

  • Self driven and motivated to provide exceptional customer service

  • Ability to address complex personal gaps/growth areas; desire to continually improve and move up in the organization

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required

  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in technical project management

Travel
Occasional travel may be needed for the TPM candidate for customer requested market meetings or to meet in-market with Zayo internal teams.

Estimated base salary range: $95,100 - $146,300 USD/annually.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.

Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.

The posting will be active for a minimum of 3 days. The active posting will continue to extend by 3 days until the position is filled.
