We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to oversee and manage various technology-driven projects within our organization. The preferred candidate should exhibit a robust technical expertise coupled with outstanding project management abilities, guaranteeing effective planning, implementation, and completion of intricate projects within predefined schedules and budgets.

Technical Skills: Dot Net

Your responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process.
• Proficiency in project management and related tools.
• Should have done hands on JIRA configurations or Dashboard creation for executive reporting
• Monitor and assess project advancement while proactively taking steps to maintain its trajectory.
• Possesses a collaborative mindset and can foster a collaborative atmosphere among teams.
• Delivering projects consistently with profitability and within the estimated timelines.
• Should be adept in handling multiple projects at the same time and handled large teams
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Effective management and utilization of resources.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and with respective stakeholders.
• Proficiency in risk management, encompasses the ability to identify, assess, mitigate, communicate, and proactively manage risks throughout the project lifecycle, thereby contributing significantly to project success and minimizing potential adverse impacts.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
• Takes ownership of ensuring overall adherence to customer milestones.
• Ability to learn new technologies, software, and concepts quickly is essential.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document need.

Skill sets/Experience we require:

• 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in an Agile environment.
• Proven working experience in project management.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities, adept at managing diverse situations, handling multiple initiatives, and adapting swiftly to changing priorities
• Capability to multitask and effectively oversee several projects concurrently
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Preferable with Dot Net development background.

· Proven hands-on coding experience in one or more programming languages in the carrier

· Strong understanding of multiple technology domains,

• Preferable with Dot Net development background.

Qualification:

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field
• PMP, CSM, SAFe, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
