Job Description

For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

The Senior Technical Programme Manager is a high-impact individual contributor within the CTO Office, responsible for coordinating and assuring delivery across all IT domains including Engineering, Systems, Data & Analytics, Service and Cyber. • Identifying and resolve cross-team blockers and dependencies, escalating where needed and always bringing practical solutions.

  • Ensuring business and operational readiness for key launches, cutovers, and platform changes across ecommerce, order management, fulfi lment, and customer-facing journeys.

  • Supporting readiness for peak trading periods and major launches, ensuring risks are actively managed across critical customer journeys and operational processes.

  • Using data and delivery insight to improve predictability, transparency, and decision-making across the programme.

  • Establishing pragmatic delivery practices that create clarity, accountability, and momentum without over-engineering processOperate as the primary IT representative within global project delivery frameworks.

  • Improving delivery predictability through structured planning and sequencing.

You'll have;

  • Extensive experience in Technical Programme Management, with a strong track record delivering complex, cross-functional technology programmes customer facing environments.

  • Proven experience leading platform migrations, systems integrations, or multi-vendor programmes across both enterprise and customer-facing technology.

  • Experience leading business-critical transformation programmes.

  • Strong technical fluency: comfortable participating in architecture and solution discussions, assessing delivery risk, and asking the right questions of engineering teams.

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Shopify, or comparable enterprise and ecommerce platforms.

  • Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, including the connection between customer experience, trading, fulfi lment, operations, and platform delivery.
