As a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) on the Enterprise Contact Center Technology team, you will play a critical role in shaping how enterprise-scale technology initiatives are delivered across Schwab. The team provides contact center technology capabilities across the enterprise and manages the platforms that enable contact center operations across Schwab.
This highly visible leadership role drives the successful execution of complex, multi-year programs that span multiple platforms, Agile Release Trains, value streams, and business domains. Your work will directly influence client experiences, operational resilience, regulatory readiness, and Schwab’s ability to deliver strategic technology outcomes with predictability and confidence.
Working in close partnership with Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Business leaders, you will translate enterprise priorities into executable roadmaps, delivery strategies, and measurable outcomes. You will guide teams through complex decisions involving scope, sequencing, dependencies, risk management, and value realization while ensuring technology investments remain aligned to business objectives and client needs. Whether supporting next-generation platform implementations, enterprise modernization programs, or strategic contact center transformation initiatives, your work will directly contribute to improving operational performance, enhancing client experiences, and advancing Schwab's technology capabilities.
Success in this role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and influence decisions across organizational boundaries. You will foster alignment across stakeholders, drive transparency through meaningful delivery insights and metrics, and help teams continuously improve execution practices. As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will represent critical initiatives in governance forums, communicate risks and recommendations with clarity, and help balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
This role also offers the opportunity to strengthen Schwab’s delivery culture and operating model. By mentoring program leaders, promoting Agile collaboration, and advancing delivery standards, you will help improve organizational effectiveness while empowering teams to deliver meaningful business value.
