As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You’ll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic leader capable of navigating a high-velocity environment and building scalable AI Security programs from the ground up. You will join a talented T/PgM team responsible for driving cross-organizational engineering programs that take on ambitious technical challenges. This role requires an expert at navigating ambiguity, driving execution, and partnering with senior leadership within Search and across other Product Areas. You will be responsible for identifying and mitigating security risks, optimizing programs to achieve product and platform goals, and ensuring robust governance across the Search ecosystem.

US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
