Job Description

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in technical program management, reliability engineering, or data center operations.
  • Experience designing ROI frameworks and leading cross-functional working groups.
  • Experience in mission-critical facility infrastructure and associated failure modes.
  • Experience with CMMS (e.g., Maximo) and predictive maintenance technologies.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience managing complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure in hyperscale data centers.
  • Experience leveraging CMMS platforms to govern alerting and remediation.
  • Proven track record of executing predictive maintenance strategies at scale.
  • Exceptional executive communication skills to secure executive leadership buy-in.
  • Analytical skills to translate telemetry and anomaly detection outputs.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $192000 - $278000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Define the global strategy and operational lifecycle for the Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) program portfolio.
  • Govern frameworks for benefit, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and return on investment (ROI) analyses for new CBM technologies.
  • Drive executive alignment on operational risks and readiness to fund CBM initiatives.
  • Direct a global portfolio of CBM pilots, forging partnerships with AI and systems engineering teams.
  • Design integration architecture connecting monitoring alerts to enterprise asset management workflows like Maximo.
