Job Description

Oracle Analytics sits at the intersection of enterprise data, cloud platforms, and applied AI. This role is for someone who wants to work at that intersection, helping customers understand and use Oracle AI Data Platform (AIDP), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and related AI integrations in practical business workflows.

You'll join the Service Excellence team within Oracle Analytics and help create technical education that helps customers and field teams implement Oracle's analytics, data platform, and AI capabilities. This is a hands-on technical enablement role: you will learn product capabilities, build practical examples, teach customers, and work closely with product and technical experts.

Why this role is interesting

  • You will work near the forefront of analytics, data platforms, and applied AI.
  • You will get hands-on with Oracle’s analytics, data platform, and cloud technologies, then turn what you learn into practical education for customers, partners, and field teams.
  • You will build real enablement assets—demos, labs, videos, blogs, tutorials, and workshops—that help people apply technology to real business and data challenges.
  • You will collaborate with product managers, product marketing, user assistance/documentation teams, instructional designers, internal consulting specialists, and technical SMEs.

What you will do

  • Create and maintain technical enablement for customers, field teams, and implementation partners, translating product capabilities into clear, actionable education.
  • Build practical demos, instructional scenarios, technical labs, demo scripts, exercises, written tutorials, blogs, and supporting materials.
  • Deliver technical training to customers in live online sessions and in-person workshops; handle audience questions with accuracy, clarity, and appropriate follow-up.
  • Record concise explainer and tutorial videos for on-demand education.
  • Partner with product, documentation, instructional design, production, product marketing, internal consulting, and SME teams to plan, review, and publish enablement content.
  • Manage assigned workstreams with clear plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, owners, status updates, and follow-through appropriate for an IC3 Technical Program Manager.
  • Represent enablement needs to product and technical teams where documentation, demos, environments, or product clarity affect customer learning.

What we are looking for

The successful candidate should understand how customers are applying AI capabilities—including chat-based interfaces, coding assistants, workflow automation, agents, and AI-assisted analytics—to solve business problems. They should be comfortable using AI tools to improve their own productivity and able to translate emerging AI, data platform, and analytics capabilities into practical education for customers and implementers.

The best candidate will be technically curious, customer-aware, detail-oriented, and interested in growing a career in Oracle Cloud, analytics, data platform, AI, and technical enablement.

Must have

  • Strong technical fundamentals and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Experience teaching or explaining technology to professional audiences through live instruction, written content, demonstrations, labs, or videos.
  • Excellent professional written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver clear technical education to global audiences.
  • Working understanding of AI fundamentals, including models, prompts, agents, automation patterns, and responsible AI practices.
  • Working knowledge of analytics and data platform concepts, including data warehousing, semantic modeling, dashboards, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and lakehouse patterns.
  • Oracle Cloud or comparable cloud experience, with an understanding of how cloud services fit into customer workflows.
  • Ability to independently manage assigned workstreams, including planning, stakeholder coordination, status communication, dependency and risk management, and follow-through.
  • Ability to travel for in-person workshops, team collaboration, or content recording sessions.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in technical enablement, cloud technology, analytics, data platforms, software development, data engineering, or related technical roles.

Preferred experience

  • Hands-on experience with OCI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle AI Data Platform, Autonomous Database/Data Warehouse, data integration, or related Oracle data and analytics services.
  • Experience processing data with Apache Spark, or a strong data engineering background that would support quickly developing hands-on Spark expertise for Oracle AI Data Platform.
  • Experience working with product managers, product marketing, documentation/user assistance teams, instructional designers, production teams, technical reviewers, or subject matter experts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, data analytics, cloud technology, engineering, or a related technical field—or equivalent practical experience
