We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the rebuild of the Pampers Club application from the ground up—with a clear objective: make it simpler, more scalable, and more cost-efficient for global deployment. You will sit at the intersection of business, engineering, and delivery, ensuring we build a standardized platform that avoids unnecessary complexity while enabling markets to scale efficiently. This role is less about feature ownership and more about driving the right technical decisions, structuring delivery, and keeping solutions pragmatic and sustainable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end transformation of Pampers Club into a modular, globally reusable platform,

  • Translate business needs into lean, standardized solutions—challenging requests that add cost or complexity without clear value,

  • Act as the technical counterpart to the development agency, validating architecture, estimates, and implementation choices,

  • Drive strong project management: planning, prioritization, timelines, and delivery governance,

  • Bridge business and technology by clearly explaining trade-offs between value, speed, and cost,

  • Lead targeted Proofs of Concept (PoCs) with internal teams to validate ideas before scaling,

  • Ensure solutions are built with a global, efficient, and maintainable mindset

  • Easier to scale globally,

  • Faster to evolve,

  • Significantly cheaper to build and operate,

  • Technically sound without being over-engineered.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Technical Product Management, Solution Architecture, or Engineering-led Product roles,

  • Strong technical understanding (APIs, architectures, integrations, cloud environments) to confidently challenge vendors,

  • Excellent project/program management skills with experience delivering complex digital products,

  • Ability to balance stakeholder ambition with pragmatic execution,

  • Comfortable simplifying, standardizing, and saying “no” when needed,

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
